What we look for

We work with experienced professionals who take pride in their work and provide dependable, respectful service. Individual cleaners and established two-person teams are welcome. Here's what we require:

  • 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience
  • 3 professional cleaning references
  • 3 personal references
  • Reliable transportation
  • Your own professional supplies and equipment
  • Smartphone and email access
  • General liability insurance by your first referral (typically $30–$40/month)
  • Completion of our interview and background screening process

You are an independent contractor.

Tidy Refresh Services, LLC is a domestic referral agency. If accepted into our network, you will operate as an independent cleaning professional — not as an employee of Tidy Refresh Services.

This means you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and supplies unless otherwise agreed. You have full flexibility over how and when you work.
